My #Just Start Experience
My First Goal: I will be doing my present Job in Industrial Units for almost 2 years till 2023 and get the Field Experience, Polish my Interpersonal Skill. Then targeting my dream Job in a Multinational Company.
Tasks: The Following are the immediate three task which I will do,
- Following the SOP’S (COVID-19)during my Present Job in Industrial Production Unit.
- Gaining Practical knowledge in the Field.
- Selecting my Mentor in the Workplace.
Task 1: As we are all living in a era where our life is stuck and smart lockdown is implemented in our beloved Country. So, the most important thing matters a lot is our Health. If our Health is ok, then we will be able to get closer to our Goal and purpose.
Task 2: Everyday is new day in a field, you will explore new innovations and ideas. As for now, I’m focusing on one specific area that is Tin Plate Production. I’m working in a Edible Oil Production Factory, in which there are three main Departments.
- Production.
- Processing.
- Sales.
Task 3: I’m working on it but yet Confuse because it’s my 3rd week in my first job and it take almost a couple weeks more to finalizes the Mentor.
Conclusion: During the whole process I was able to rearrange and rethink about my Goal Smartly and how can it will become a reality.
