Positive Reflection

The 3-month Amal Fellowship had a great impact on my personal/professional growth. The weekend sessions, mega project , online courses, one-on-one sessions, mock interviews, and group discussion played a vital role in our professional grooming. There are a number of activities which keep my intention and are really inspiring.

Edhi Fund Collection: The first activity which kept my intention was Edhi fund collection. That was an eye opening for me, how the charity trusts are facing adverse problems to generate their resources. It gave me self realization, that we all must play our role to facilitate them and ultimately it will not only give us inner satisfaction but also develop our skills that is communication, accepting the challenges, teamwork, strategies, and mind growth.

Gratitude: Giving respect and showing gratitude regardless of the color, caste and religion was also an eye opening. Celebrating the different festivals, sharing lollipop moments, meditation, and doing some fun loving activities.

Teamwork: The Teamwork was the most important giveaway from the Amal Platform. We have worked on different tasks and specially the mega project. As a whole, the journey of fellowship has polished our team work skill sets smartly.

Conclusion: At the end, I would like to pay special thanks and gratitude to Ma’am Iman, Ma’am Aliha , Amal fellows, and Amal Platform. May Almighty Allah bless you all with a healthy and prosperous life ahead.
